Abstract This Regulation determines the issues and forms, necessary contents and documents as regards the: mandatory notifications for classification of enterprises/facilities with low and high environmental risk potential; report on the major accident prevention policies and their effective implementation; application for the approval of environmental safety report; and internal and external emergency plans that have to be aligned with specific dangerous substances issues and safety procedures.
