This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the list of types of dangerous substances which are present in installations and may cause major accidents or which may be generated during a major accident; the method of determining quantities, permitted quantities and criteria according to which those substances are categorised as dangerous.
