Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the (Official Gazette), except for the provisions of article 2, paragraph 1of the Annex, which will enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes rules for the data collection and implementation of General Studies to assess the prevalence of Salmonella and Methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus in herds of breeding pigs sampled at farm level.
