This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2011.
Abstract

This Regulation establishes the conditions for the placing on the market and the correct use of animal feed, in order to ensure a high level of feed safety and a high level of protection of public health, as well as to provide adequate information for users and consumers and to strengthen the effective functioning of the market in accordance with the principles of the Food Law.
