Abstract This Regulation establishes phytosanitary requirements to be met by wood packaging material in international transport, treatment procedures, treatment and marking or labelling of wood packaging material, the conditions to be met by legal and natural persons who applied certain treatment procedures, the procedure of their registration in the register and the method of performing formal verification, inspection and phytosanitary inspection over the implementation of this Regulation.
