Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment establishes marking design for packages: produced from plastics (specified in Annex 1); produced from paper or cardboard (Annex 2); produced from steel or aluminum (Annex 3); produced from wood including cork (Annex 4); produced from cotton or jute (Annex 5); produced from glass (Annex 6); multimaterial (Annex 7). The model marking of packaging indicating possibility of reuse is specified in Annex 8. Annex 9 contains model marking of packaging indicating suitability of packaging for recycling.
