Abstract This Regulation was established by the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food in agreement with the Minister for Health and the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning. This Regulation lays down the composition and working methods of the Commission for plant protection products. This Commission performs the following tasks: (1) proposes to restrict or prohibit the transport and use of plant protection products; (2) proposes to issue decision on authorization of plant protection products; (3) proposes extension or refusal to renew the authorization of pesticides; (4) gives opinions on the application for authorization for research and development; (5) proposes a ban on testing pesticides or conditions of testing; (6) gives opinions on the application for exceptional authorization or use of unregistered pesticides; (7) gives other opinions if requested by the competent authority.
