Abstract This Regulation defines the scopes and operational rules for Bulgarian based rescue centers, which is here described as a natural or legal person who takes cares of live specimens of animals and/or plants housed in designated sites, also under the provisions of the national Law on Biological Diversity and authorized by the competent Ministry (here Ministry of Environment and Waters).
