This Law enters into force on 1 January 2014.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the terms defining the effective fees for the charge that is made on the basis of safety of navigation and pollution protection principles, and to be paid by local and foreign yachts and boats intended for recreation, sport or recreation that are sailing and staying in the inland waters and on the territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia, including the fees to be paid for the enrollment in the respective registers of maritime goods.
