Abstract This Regulation determines the organization, activities, membership, affairs and functioning of the body, as well as the implementation of the multi-year indicative action plan and indicative annual action plans of the National Network of the Common Agricultural Policy of the Republic of Croatia 2023-2027, as part of the Strategic Plan of the Common Agricultural Policy policies of the Republic of Croatia for the period from the year 2023 until the year 2027. This text ensures the implementation of Article 126 Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 establishing rules on support for strategic plans to be drawn up by Member States under the common agricultural policy (CAP Strategic Plans) and financed by the European Agricultural Guarantee Fund (EAGF) and by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Regulations (EU) No 1305/2013 and (EU) No 1307/2013.
