Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the classification of greenhouse gases, defines the method and methodology for monitoring over such emissions, establishes the necessary data collection and data reporting issues, and further determines the deadlines for the preparation and delivery of reports to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and to the European Commission.
