Abstract The process of breeding animals and products of animal origin must be monitored in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation in order to detect the presence of residues and substances listed in Annex I, in live animals, their excrement and body fluids and tissues, animal products, animal feed and water intended for animal drinking.
