This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the establishment and execution of air monitoring in order to: obtain indicators of air quality with regard to its effect on humans, ecosystems and their parts, in order to assess the situation and evaluation of the effects of specific protection measures (air pollution); obtain information in order to comply with international treaties to which Bosnia and Herzegovina acceded to, and requiring the exchange of data on air quality and indirect indicators, such as cross-border transfer of pollutants; determine the tasks of institutions authorized to conduct the monitoring process on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
