This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes necessary measures and standards for the correct method for monitoring over the emissions of air pollutants from stationary sources on the Croatian territory, the extent and type of measurement, the reference measurement methods, the method of proof of equivalence to other measurement methods, the method for checking the calibration of measuring instruments, continuous measurement of pollutant emissions from stationary sources, the sampling procedure and evaluation of the measurement results, the method of data delivery for the information system of air emissions and pollution.
