This Regulation enters into force on 4 January 2014.

Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment lays down the model questionnaire of receiving waste metal, pursuant to art. 102 par. 8 of the Wastes Act. This model questionnaire is specified in the Annex to the Regulation.
