Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs and one Annex, lays down the minimum requirements for plant passports, including their form, size, material and the way of preparing them. These requirements are described in the Annex. Plan passports should be readeable, in capital letters, without any corrections, in the language of one of the Member States.
