This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 31 January 2014).
Abstract

This Regulation determines the minimum technical and physical conditions for placing on the market, the quality and types of flour, the method for taking samples, as well as the methods for analyzing the quality of flour. The terms used in this text are better defined in article 2. The Annex is also part of this text (Standard method for determining organoleptic properties of flour; Method for determining the acidity degree in flour).
