This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides all necessary standards and provisions governing the correct way of free allocation of allowances, methods and deadlines for the submission of activity data, methods for the data verification, list of sectors and subsectors which are exposed to a significant risk of displacement of greenhouse gas emissions into the foreign countries.
