Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on incentives in agriculture and rural development, prescribes the methodology for determining the reference prices of goods and services within the investment for the calculation of IPARD incentives. Ministry in charge of agriculture - Directorate for Agrarian Payments determines the reference price for each individual type of goods, services and works, which is on the list of eligible costs for each investment under the IPARD programme. To determine the investment item, parameters that significantly affect the formation of the reference price can be taken into account, such as different equipment packages, as well as other accessories that affect the functionality, for example-price of machinery or equipment.
