Ministry in charge of agriculture - Directorate for Agrarian Payments determines the reference price for each individual type of goods, services and works, which is on the list of eligible costs for each investment under the IPARD programme. To determine the investment item, parameters that significantly affect the formation of the reference price can be taken into account, such as different equipment packages, as well as other accessories that affect the functionality, for example-price of machinery or equipment.
