This Regulation will fully apply on 1 January 2017.
Abstract

This Regulation, in order to protect the people’s health, hereby sets the necessary methods (also sampling, analysis, data collection and report) to be observed in order to properly monitor the effective levels of the presence of dioxins in food and foodstuff on the territory of the Republic of Montenegro.
