Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of seven articles, lays down the method of determining the total content of lead, cadmium, mercury and hexavalent chromium in packaging. Such method is based on laboratory tests of packaging or materials used for the production of packaging, carried out by a laboratory accredited by the appropriate for the type of laboratory accreditation body or by a laboratory with the implemented quality system for the study of metals in packaging or in the materials used for the production of packaging.
