The Regulation enters into force 3 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Abstract

The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of eight Paragraphs. The control of plants, plant products or objects consists in evaluation of healthiness of these plants, plant products or objects. In particular citrus plants should be: visually assessed if there are no symptoms caused by harmful organisms; and examined if there are no harmful organisms.
