This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 25 June 2021).
Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on forests, prescribes the method for the calculation of fees for the use of public forest functions. This text further defines the payment invoice, payment deadlines, form, method of filling in and submitting of related fee calculation forms, including the procedure for collection in case of non-fulfillment payments.
