Abstract This Regulation here defines the following: calculation and payment of water charges; methods for the correct calculation of water charges; deadlines for calculation and payment of water charges; measurements over the quantity of extracted water, of electricity generated by hydroelectric power plants, waste water pollution issues, and the amount of farmed fish produced or imported, plant protection water related issues, excavated material from watercourses, land area and facilities aimed to protect against floods; submission of reports and related data; control of the settlement of obligations based on water charges; and other issues related to the settlement of obligations under general and special water charges/fees.
