Abstract The objective of this Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment is the need to achieve the minimum annual level of collection of waste equipment and to ensure comparable information on the scope of the achieved minimum level of collection of waste equipment provided by equipment operators. The minimum annual level of the collection of waste equipment is calculated as the percentage of average annual weight of equipment placed on the market. The detailed method of calculating the minimum annual level is set out in the Annex to the Regulation.
