This Regulation entered into force on 7 December 2021.
Abstract

This Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment, which is composed of ten articles, lays down provisions concerning deliberate release of GMOs into the environment or placing on the market: (1) the mloethod of carrying out the risk assessment for human health and the environment; (2) detailed guidelines, methodology and risk assessment procedure; (3) information required in case of risk assessment of GMOs other than GMO plants.
