This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the necessary method for the correct monitoring tasks and issues as regards the detection of the presence of bacteria Listeria monocytogenes (listeriosis-zoonosis) in ready-to-eat food of animal origin (monitoring/inspection/systematic analysis, continuous, random selection of various samples from retail establishments, and many other).
