This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 31 January 2014).
Abstract

This Regulation determines specific methods and defines the type of flour packaging, including related conditions for putting the flour on the market in bulk mode. The packaging in which the flour is packed, i.e. the special purpose flour, should be packed as specified in articles 2 and 3. Flour, that is, special purpose flour, can be packed in jute, canvas and paper bags and in paper bags, or other material according to food safety regulations. Flour in bulk can be put on the market only if respecting the rules stated in article 4.
