Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes conditions of granting concessions for public services relating to animal husbandry, including professional tasks of public service and functioning of public service of gene banks. This Regulation applies to the following professional tasks in animals husbandry: reproduction; selection, evaluation of breeding values, identification of production and professional skills, monitoring and forecasting of nectar secretion in beekeeping, implementation of a breeding program, research and development tasks relating to implementation of breeding programs; assessment of skills for competitions of horses, genetic progress, keeping the register of bee pastures. This Regulation is composed of 31 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Professional tasks of public service (Sec. 2); Organization of the public service of gene bank (Sec. 3); Procedure of granting concessions for public service of gene bank (Sec. 4); Accounting and control (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
