This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation lays down the conditions for tobacco seed certification on the territory of the Croatian Republic; categories of tobacco seed and conditions which must be met by each category of seeds; tobacco seed production requirements; conditions of official supervision and inspection under official supervision; training program for supervisors and conditions for supervision; conditions that must be met by suppliers of agricultural seeds; the method and time of application for surveillance; report form; form of the Certificate of Recognition of seeds and crops; content and manner of keeping records on issued certificates; content, form and manner of keeping records on the mass of natural and processed seeds; minimum requirements of quality seeds; size of the seed; form of the application for certification of a tobacco seeds; documents, content, form and manner of keeping records of seed certificates already issued; manner and conditions of carrying out additional inspections; methods and conditions of packing, sealing and labelling of tobacco seeds.
