Abstract This Regulation lays down the conditions for tobacco seed certification on the territory of the Croatian Republic; categories of tobacco seed and conditions which must be met by each category of seeds; tobacco seed production requirements; conditions of official supervision and inspection under official supervision; training program for supervisors and conditions for supervision; conditions that must be met by suppliers of agricultural seeds; the method and time of application for surveillance; report form; form of the Certificate of Recognition of seeds and crops; content and manner of keeping records on issued certificates; content, form and manner of keeping records on the mass of natural and processed seeds; minimum requirements of quality seeds; size of the seed; form of the application for certification of a tobacco seeds; documents, content, form and manner of keeping records of seed certificates already issued; manner and conditions of carrying out additional inspections; methods and conditions of packing, sealing and labelling of tobacco seeds.
