Abstract This Regulation determines the types of oilseeds and fiber crops (or cottonseeds), the categories in which the seed of each species of oilseeds and cottonseeds is officially certified and marketed, requirements regarding varietal or species authenticity and purity, health status and other quality criteria of oilseeds and cottonseeds, which must be met for official approval meet the individual category, requirements regarding packaging, sealing and labeling and other conditions for the marketing of oilseeds and cottonseeds, special requirements for the marketing of incompletely certified oilseeds and cottonseeds, a more detailed process of official confirmation of oilseeds and cottonseeds, the process of official control of inspectors and samplers under the official control, the procedure for the subsequent control of oilseeds and cottonseeds and a more detailed way of informing and exchanging data.
