This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation provides the conditions for the recognition and inclusion of guarded varieties (of cultivable plants present on the territory of the Republic of Croatia) into the National List of Varieties that is directly transposed into the Common Varieties Journal of the European Union (including all necessary and all related additional issues for such plant variety recognition).
