Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down rules governing the production with a view to marketing, and the marketing of propagating material of ornamental plants. These rules include: (1) requirements for the production and marketing of propagating material of ornamental plants; (2) the contents of labels and certificates of suppliers; (3) requirements for the list of varieties of ornamental plants provided by suppliers; (4) requirements for suppliers; (5) the contents of the application form for authorization to issue labels and certificates of suppliers; (6) the official control of suppliers and propagating material of ornamental plants. This Regulation is composed of 15 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Requirements for propagating material (Sec. 2); Requirements for suppliers (Sec. 3); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 4).
