Abstract This Regulation provides for conditions of certification of potatoes seed; categories of seed and conditions which must be satisfied; potato seed production conditions, terms and procedure for supervision and control under official supervision, training program and the conditions under which the supplier is approved; conditions to be met by suppliers of agricultural seeds, manner and time of application for surveillance, report form, form of the certificate of recognition; content, form and manner of keeping records; minimum requirements on the quality of potatoes seed, seed lot size; supervision of samplers; supervision of laboratories; application form for certification of seeds; the methods for packaging, sealing and labelling; trade and marketing conditions; requirements for organic farming; internal and international marketing standards.
