Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down rules governing the marketing of material for the vegetative propagation of vine. These rules include: (1) categories of material for vegetative propagation and the conditions that must be met by individual categories in relation to quality, health and varietal identity; (2) requirements regarding packaging and labeling of propagating material; (3) requirements for suppliers of propagating material; (4) procedure of official certification and inspection of propagating material. This Regulation is composed of 36 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Requirements for propagating material (Sec. 2); Requirements for suppliers (Sec. 3); Official certification of propagating material (Sec. 4); Official inspection of the standard material (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
