Abstract This Regulation defines the types of fodder plants and fodder, the categories in which the seeds of individual fodder plants and fodder species are officially certified and marketed, the requirements regarding varietal and species authenticity and purity, health status and other criteria for the quality of fodder plant and fodder seeds, which must for official confirmation, fulfil the individual category, requirements regarding packaging, sealing and labelling and other conditions for the marketing of seeds of fodder plants and fodder, special requirements for the marketing of incompletely confirmed seeds of fodder plants and fodder and seeds of fodder plants and fodder in mixtures and small packages, more detailed procedure official approvals of seeds of fodder plants and fodder, the procedure of official supervision of inspectors and samplers under official supervision, the procedure of subsequent control of seeds of fodder plants and fodder and a more detailed way of informing and exchanging data.
