Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, prescribes the manner of taking the professional exam for waste management, the form and appearance of related certificate, as well as the amount and the manner of payment of fees for taking such professional exam. For taking the professional exam for waste management the candidate submits a request to the body of the state administration responsible for performing activities in the field of environment. With the request for taking the professional exam, the candidate shall also submit evidence for fulfilling the conditions for taking the professional exam determined in articles 48 and 49 of the above cited Law on waste management (published in the Official Gazette 216/2021).
