Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management, prescribes the manner of handling waste tires, as well as the conditions to be met by legal entities and individuals who import used tires. Waste tire handling is a set of measures that includes the collection and processing of waste tires for their recycling and use as raw material or combustion energy production.
