Abstract This Regulation, with purpose of imposing the sustainable management of biological resources as main principle and practice, prescribes the correct fishing gear, their related characteristics, and sets the manner and duration of fishing, all in relation with what is here called as special natural habitat of the river Raša (Raša river basin and bed), located on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
