This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the manner and scope of sanitary and technological testing over the effective water quality on water catch sites, on waters used by companies and other legal entities, in order to grant the sanitary water security and to deliver the necessary data on water quality.
