This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the necessary terms and conditions for the placing on the market of food for special nutritional purpose (such as infant formulas and follow-on formulas; processed cereal-based foods and baby food; food for special medical needs; and diet related foods) in terms of their composition, information and marking.
