Abstract

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on livestock (Republic of Srpska), prescribes the necessary manner and conditions for the approval of organizations engaged in animal production and reproduction activities such as breeding of quality breeding animals, which includes individual breeders, recognized associations of breeders, breeding organizations/cooperatives, animal reproduction centers and animal breeding/husbandry reproduction centers or facilities. The Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management shall issue a decision as regards the approval of the submitted request. The Minister may further invalidate the granted approval if the inspection supervision determines that the breeding organization does not work in accordance with current legislation.
