Abstract

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, and for the purpose of ensuring the implementation of the rules contained in the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 1097/2014 of 17 October 2014 amending Regulation (EU) no. 479/2010 on the notification by Member States in the milk and milk products sector, prescribes special rules for the mandatory submission of data on the quantities of raw cow's, sheep's and goat's milk produced in national milk and milk products sector. The Annex is also part of this publication (set of related reporting forms, including the form for reporting milk sales to a person/entity that is located in a foreign country).
