This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes all mandatory contents and elements, as well as the correct way of making the main project of construction of mining structures, facilities and/or plants, including the detailed design of construction with all technical issues also aimed to protect and adopt various security standards.
