Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 23 articles and one Annex, establishes compulsory treatment of waste generated from construction work during construction, reconstruction, alterations or removal of the facility. This Regulation applies to construction waste to be classified in the category of waste with the number 17 in the waste classification list of regulations governing waste management.
