Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 19 articles, establishes provisions concerning management of waste of edible oils and fats produced in the kitchens of restaurants and in households. This Regulation lays down minimum extent of the mandatory collection and transportation of waste. This regulation does not apply to a mixture of waste of cooking oil with other wastes if they are unsuitable for processing of vegetable oils which not intended for human consumption.
