Abstract This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 28 articles, establishes requirements for the collection, reuse and disposal of unserviceable plant protection products containing hazardous substances, and residues of hazardous substances that remain after their use. Unusable plant protection products are plant protection products that are packaged for final use and placed on the market but they must be discarded due to expiry date or other reasons. This Regulation is divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Management of waste from plant protection products (Sec. 2); Disposal of plant protection products (Sec. 3); Record keeping and reporting (Sec. 4); Control (Sec. 5); Penalty provisions (Sec. 6); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 7).
