Abstract This Regulation hereby officially adopts the measures and rules stipulated by the Council Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (integrated pollution prevention and control) as regards the management of the waste that is generated during the titanium dioxide production or processing on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, with the aim of direct protection of the environment and human health from the harmful effects of such waste.
