Abstract This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on waste management of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, determines the general rules for putting batteries and accumulators on market; methods and conditions for necessary marking batteries and accumulators, and packaging; procedures and goals of waste battery and accumulators management; conditions for managing waste of/or deriving from batteries and accumulators; requirements regarding separate collection and treatment of such waste; registration in the Waste Management Information System, among obligations to keep records and submit related waste management reports; obligations and the manner of fulfilling obligations aimed or all participants in related waste management system.
