Abstract This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of six articles, lays down provisions concerning management of stocks of plant protection products, which may remain in storage or transport after the expiry of authorization or after the ban on trade in pesticides. If a plant protection product contains certain active substances for which the European Commission decides to be withdrawn from the market, the Administration of the Republic of Slovenia for Plant Protection and Seeds must ensure the implementation of this decision. The destruction of stocks of pesticides must comply with rules governing the handling of waste.
